Today, I was working on my college magazine which I completed today. I had to create a front cover which was I created on Photoshop and a front cover which I created on InDesign. Here are the final pieces:
For improvement, you should consider using a different layout for your contents page and start with the sub-heading "Features" and then move into the detail in the contents page.
For the front cover, you should focus again on the layout and when giving quotes which are going to be in the magazine, state the page number.
What I think was really good about the central image is that it is very clear and bright, as well as being positioned very well. All the colours are bright and stick to the three colour scheme. The contents picture is positioned very well and very clear. Everything stands out attracting the audience.
Improvements you could make: Include a skyline to follow the conventions of a professional magazine. Include more pictures on the contents and more text so that you have a variety of images/ titles to attract the audience.
